All personalized jewelry is made to order and ships from the United States.
Processing time: 2-5 business days. Each piece is crafted with your custom message card after your order is placed.
Shipping time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US after processing. International shipping is available and typically takes 10-15 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Free shipping: Standard shipping is included on all jewelry orders within the United States.
Affiliate Products (Amazon, Partner Brands)
Some products on our Shop page link to Amazon.com or other partner retailers. These items ship directly from those retailers according to their own shipping policies. GiftsHugs does not handle shipping for affiliate products. Amazon Prime members typically receive free 1-2 day shipping on eligible items.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (journals, guides, printables) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
Return & Refund Policy
Jewelry Returns
Because each necklace is custom-made with a personalized message card, we cannot accept returns on jewelry orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
To request a replacement for a damaged item, email us with your order number and a photo of the damage.
